Porto Wine

Extra Dry White

Extra Dry White

This is the driest category of White Porto and as the name implies, this wine is particularly dry since most of its sugar has been lost in fermentation.

Vinification

The grapes for this wine are sourced from our Quinta in Celeiros – Quinta da Fonte. Vinified in inox lagares, and the ageing is carried out in inox. Blend of different young white Portos.

Tasting Notes

This Extra Dry White has a pale yellow colour, and is dry and fruity with floral hints on the nose, and a long crips finish.
